Terms and conditions for booking and paying for a tent pitch at Lyths Familjecamping
These terms and conditions apply between Lyths at Nordkoster AB and the person who himself or through another person books/pays for a tent pitch at Lyths Familjecamping.
The orderer/payer is stated as "Customer" or "guests" in the terms and conditions. The supplier is stated as "Lyths på Nordkoster AB", "Lyths Familjecamping" or "We".
The booking/payment applies to the rental of a tent site at Lyths Familjecamping.
Customers/guests at Lyths Familjecamping are obliged to follow Lyths Familjecamping's "Wellbeing Rules". The welfare rules can be found in their entirety at lyths.se/familjecamping/trivselregler
Customers/guests who do not comply with these regulations have the right to be rejected by Lyths Familjecamping's staff from the area without the possibility of a refund of any booking fee as well as the cost of the tent pitch(s).
Booking and payment
To book and pay for a tent place on the website boka.lyths.se, the customer must be at least 25 years old. To be able to complete the payment of the fee, a bank card or Swish is required. Payment takes place directly at the time of booking.
Booking a tent pitch
The price includes the rental of a tent site and booking fee (booking fee only in high season).
Place is booked from 12.00 to 12.00. You can leave the tent site later, but the tent must be unpacked by 12.00.
There are no marked tent sites and you cannot therefore book a specific site without one you choose yourself on arrival where you want to place your tent within the camping area. Think of to keep at least 4m to other tents and 2 meters from paths and within the tent site area which is marked with red rings around trees and posts.
By booking a tent site, the customer confirms that he has read and understood our well-being rules in its entirety at lyths.se/familjecamping/trivselregler as well as read and taken part in the information under lyths.se/familjecamping/taltplatsen.
Payment/Booking confirmation
On receipt of the booking confirmation, this must be checked, so that all information correct. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the information on the booking confirmation is correct. Booking confirmation is sent via e-mail. In the event of an error, Lyths Familjecamping shall will be contacted within 7 days of receiving the confirmation, but no later than 48 hours before arrival.
All prices are in SEK and include value added tax (12%).
Cancellation of tent pitch
Cancellation can only be done via link in the booking confirmation. Cancellation earlier than 48 hours before arrival is refunded in addition to any booking fee paid.
Cancellation later than 48 hours before arrival is not refunded.
Liability for property/causing damage
The customer takes care of the protection the customer deems necessary, such as liability, accident and luggage insurance.
Lyths Familjecamping is not responsible for damage or loss caused by outsiders, nor for things left behind.
Other obligations and well-being rules
The customer undertakes to take good care of his tent site, the nature and the facility, follow the comfort rules, instructions and regulations that apply, and ensure that fellow travelers do the same.

The use of personal data
By using this website, you also agree to Lyths Familjecamping and Hamnsystem Sverige AB's Data Policy.
Lyths Familjecamping reserves the right to send information and marketing via e-mail or SMS on special occasions.
Breach of contract
This is an agreement drawn up between the customer (orderer) and Lyths Familjecamping. The agreement ceases to apply with immediate effect if:
- The conditions in this document are not met.
- The customer/guests in the party behave in a disruptive manner in the area.
- The customer/guests in the party commit vandalism in the area.
If a breach of contract occurs, the customer/guests in the party must immediately move from the tent pitch without the possibility of a refund of any booking fee as well as the cost of the tent pitch(s). In the event of destruction or disruptive behaviour, Lyths Familjecamping can claim damages from the customer.
Dispute
Contact us with any complaints. Keep in mind that your chances of getting rectified may be reduced if you delay in making a complaint. If we cannot agree, you can get help from ARN - Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden.
Force majeure
In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics and other events that can be regarded as force majeure, Lyths Familjecamping can cancel the agreement, whereby the customer must be notified as soon as possible. LYTHS FAMILY CAMPING is in such cases obliged to repay the amount paid, with the exception of the benefit that has been derived from the site.
