Tent pitch booking

General

• Booking must be made at least 24 hours before arrival.
• Each booking is valid for one (1) tent pitch per tent. If you wish to book for two (2) tents, two (2) separate bookings are required, etc.
• The campsite is open 22 May – 14 September.

Booking period

• You can book up to 14 consecutive nights.
• If you wish to stay longer, please contact us via the website form (Family Camping – Contact).
• During the period 30 June – 2 August, a minimum of 3 consecutive nights per booking applies.

Arrival & departure

• The time 12:00 is used in the booking system to calculate nights and is indicative. Early arrival is possible if desired.
• During high season (30 June – 2 August), the tent pitch must be cleaned and equipment packed down by 12:00 on the departure day.

Cancellation & changes

• Cancellation is made via the link in the booking confirmation.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before arrival will be refunded, excluding any booking fee.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival are non-refundable.
• Completed bookings cannot be changed. For changes before arrival, please contact us by replying to the confirmation.
• Bookings cannot be shortened or changed (e.g. tent size) after arrival.

Dog

• The condition for bringing a dog is a booking of at least 7 nights.
• You select the number of dogs you will bring when booking your tent pitch.
• We limit the number of dogs allowed per tent pitch at the same time. The dog must be used to sleeping in a tent and not be afraid of unfamiliar people.
• There is no extra charge for bringing a dog.

Tent size

• You pay for the tent size you bring, not how many people sleep in it.
• You can choose from 1-person tents up to 6-person tents (max 25 square meters).
• Choose the correct size!
